Our stylish and friendly coffee bar is the ideal space for small groups to meet, chat and enjoy a coffee, tea and refreshments and can be hired privately for away days, business meetings and product launches.

Hire charges:
£40 per hour (Minimum booking 3 hours)
£30 per hour for community organisations* (Minimum booking 3 hours)*
Studio 3 Arts is a registered charity and not registered for VAT (Reg. Charity No. 1054793).
*Discounted rate is available for community organisations, defined as a Registered Charity, or registered Community Interest Company.
