The Lab

Dance training and exchange

The Lab is an open training session in all styles of dance. Open to everyone ages 16 and over. Join us to exchange with other creatives, whilst exploring and experimenting with different formats and techniques.

It will be hosted by Chaldon Williams & Amanda Pefkou alternating each month.

Her practice questions, deconstructs and reimagines social perceptions and creative forms through the languages and essences of KRUMP, street dance styles, contemporary, dances of her heritage and mediums of body awareness and visualisation. It has manifested in realms of multi-disciplinary collaboration with live sound and visual arts, KRUMP and Hip Hop dance theatre, battles and movement direction. Pillars in her performance journey include working with Far From The Norm, Rachel Kay, Boy Blue and Becky Namgauds with highlights such as Edinburgh Fringe, Breakin Convention, Shubbak Festival and V&A Museum Lates.
